You truly are crazy. You don't know what you're talking about. Welterweight is no transitional weight, it has always been one of the greatest divisions throughout history. 99% of all ATG move through divisions for bigger fame and fortune. Guys like Hearns, Leonard, Trinidad, Cuevas, Hoya and many more may have fought at different weights but welter was their best weight. It doesn't matter where you start or even finish it's your best and optimal fighting weight during your career.

Funny isn't it???.... If memory serves is the same guy (Koncz) who has been criticized to death on this board and everywhere for doing only stupid things for Pac, especially for bringing Castillo to Pac's camp, but now seems to be that the hiring of Castillo is a great thing..... even Roach is happy about having Castillo available as a sparring partner....

So after all, the stupid Koncz knows his boxing...... Who would have thought that huh....
