I feel sorry for Taylor. He takes on the toughest challenges. Props to Abraham, have already eaten my humble pie. It just hurts me to see Jermain loose like that yet again..

Too bad I'm rooting for Abraham, because if I wasn't, I'd root for Taylor in the tournament. This was a fight between two genuinely good guys, Jermain is a good family man and a very gifted athlete, Abraham is friendly, cool dude, but a monster in the ring (with stamina problems). But someone has to lose and too bad Taylor couldn't see the final bell, he was well prepared, just couldn't go though that high guard of Abraham's, and got caught.

Ward-Taylor is coming so I think he can go safely through that fight, winning or losing, then, Kessler-Taylor, which is more dangerous, but Abraham is a bigger puncher than Mikkel. I think he should continue, he just fought the puncher of the tourney, now better match-ups are coming.

You gotta respect Jermain. Look at his last 10 fights, all great fighters!

I had Abraham up 2 rounds and 1 round a draw because of the point deduction.

I agree with you that Jermain has to continue, I just can´t see how he will be able to do it. Those losses are devastating in my eyes, regardless how well he fared untill they happened!

The best you could give him was 5-6 by rounds, meaning he trails by 2 going into the last round with the deduction. Without the deduction, he could have had a chance to draw the fight.

I also had one round advantage for Taylor before the last round. But I don't think the judges had the same written down on their cards.

Taylor was too proud to dance around for the final minute to avoid being KO'd. He knew that if he tried to take out Abraham and got caught himself he would be laid out, but he went for the KO anyway. That takes a lot of balls and has to be respected.
I like Taylor and hope he can come back from this and at least do something positive in the Super 6.
