Mine was constantly buffering all night and I thought it may have been down to my PC, but they have a Facebook page and have taken an absolute battering from very dissatisfied punters. They only have 200-odd group members and about half of them are complaining, so how many others who don't use Facebook are as pissed off as everyone there is?

To add insult to injury they end up giving all Sky viewers the fight for free while internet subscribers are left high and dry.

Utterly pathetic service and I feel like I've been shafted.

Just a selection of some of the comments from Facebook:

Anyone else appalled by their service? I won't be signing up for another fight with them, that's for sure.

My stream re-buffered twice during the fight, meaning I lost a minute out of 2 rounds, the 6th and the 11th. For £15 this not good enough. They were supposedly using some video on demand system that guaranteed there'd be no buffering. Never ****ing worked did it?

It certainly did not. I missed some of AA/JT fight, had to constanly refresh, tried rebooting twice which worked eventually but the got buffering 5 or 6 times during the main event.

Now when I ring their Customer Service line it cuts me off.

    Con merchants.

I thought it was fine. Occasional rebufferring, but never enough to ruin the fight.

I hear they then just gave the channel away free to everyone on Sky?

I watched it on a bogey internet site and the stream was perfect for me which was happy days. I dont think it was a hit as much as they will try and make it out that it was a hit. I wonder how there sales went.

Indeed they did, meaning those of us who don't have Sky (I have Virgin Media) so purchased the online service are being made to pay for something that folk who didn't even subscribe got for nothing.

Their Customer Service number (08448 429 844) is now down - shock horror.

I ended up resorting to the same - Crimetime picture was far superior but no rebuffing whatsoever on the illegal feed.

At one point my mate who had the TV version called me up talking about AA's KO and I was baffled... turned out my internet feed was about 40 seconds behind his Sky one.

I had to resort to a stream after I paid for the Sky showing. Absolute crap and I doubt there will be a helpline to call where I can try and get my money back from these jokers.

    Never again.

The CS number has actually stopped cutting me off and has me in a queue now. Severely doubt I'll get anything back but should hopefully get to vent my spleen on a Sunday morning which is always nice.

Got through after 15 minutes holding and the CS rep admitted to them having to deal with a "huge" volume of complaints this morning but unsurprisingly he could not/would not deal with my complaint over the phone. They said all complaints must be written or emailed to them - ie the get out for them to send you a standard reply a week down the line instead of dealing with your complaint there and then.

Got feck all else to do for the next couple of hours so may as well go to town on email, to kill time if nothing else...

Are you saying I paid for the Sky broadcast when I didn't have to?

    Yep.

During the fight TommyV came onto the RBR thread and said that he and Antcull had switched over to the channel and were watching it for free; I'm pretty sure this was later confirmed by other posters on the same thread.
