....thats a hell of an accomplishment from Froch regardless of what you think of yesterdays decision. I had the fight for Froch by 2 1st time watching it but could see how Direell could be awarded it the same score.

But I much rather have Froch the champion as he is a positive fighter, Direll would stink th ejoint out as champion...hes excellent fighter with P4P skills but his lack of ability to fight on the inside cost him. I back Direll to beat PAPA smurf (AA).

I have to give Froch credit ...he knew if he rushed direll he would be countered by some stinging blows, he jabbed well AT times and fought as welll as he could against such a defensive athletic talent.

Put it this was...Froch has faced 3 of the FAstest fighters between 160-175 in the last 3 fights and WON all of them.

now hes got Kessler who is right there to be tagged, and PAPA smurf who Froch will have some excellent physical advantages.

I think u will see Froch excel.

His last 3 wins cement his status as the Nr:1 in the division. If Kessler beats Ward.....then he moves ahead again.

no doubt thats a good run.

In boxing though you're only as good as your last performance. If he dusts himself off and looks good in his next one (against Kessler it'll be hard) he can regain his status. Even if he loses to Kessler he still has another big fight after that where he can redeem himself.

3 solid wins alright. But Pascal and Froch were both at the same "green" level when they fought. The first step up for both men and Froch performed better. Going to the states for the first defense of your title takes alot of balls especially when fighting someone like Taylor. But, Froch was being outclassed for a lot of that fight. He won about 3-4 of the later rounds before eventually stopping a gassed Taylor. He then got embarrassed by an untested Dirrell. If he fights Dirrell again, he'll lose. Froch's power and chin have been overated and his boxing ability leaves a lot to be desired. He's a tough son of a ***** with immense belief and terrffic recovery ability. But that will only get him so far.

The writing is on the wall now for Froch. If he faces Kessler or Abraham he will be out completely outgunned.

Dirrel won on Saturday and would win a re-match.

The Cobra? More like a slow-worm.

    I'll play the devil advocate:

1- Pascal: Never beat a top10 rated super middleweight.

2- Taylor: now lost 4 of his last 5 fights. 3 of them by KO. Never beat a top10 ranked super middleweight.

3- Dirrell: Untested and unproven prospect. Never beat a top10 ranked fighter.

As you can see it's possible to take apart anyone's record. lol

You have to give him alot of credit. If he beats Kessler and Abraham, then holy crap.

Yup, let's build him to be the greatest of all times now like you desperate drunken bartenders are trying to do for Calzaghe because he beat Kessler, Eubank and Pudwell.

You guys get one guy getting two decent wins and a robbery and he's Muhammad Ali, I'd hate to see the fiasco these drunken kebab makers would start if they did get someone as good as Ali or Leonard. In British standards Froch is definitely Leonard, that I'll admit.

one solid win, one exciting comeback where he showed limited skill, and one obvious loss where he looks even more limited

Pascal was green and seemed negative since he was able to hit Froch whenever he wanted at will but Froch beat him legit though.

He Ko'ed Taylor luckily or he would of lost that one.
