So are there any prospects that will do anything in this country?

    I will put my neck on my line and say that only Groves, Gavin and Bellew, of all of the current prospects will go beyond Euro level.

    By that I mean actually winning it and challenging for a world title (IBF, WBC & WBA). Not the bull**** WBO intercontental, waiting for a weak champ route.

    DeGale = Euro
    Jeffries = Domestic
    Saunders = Domestic - due to lazyness
    Murray jr = Euro
    Price = Domestic
    Walsh bros = the best one might make Euro level, another Domestic, the other is a journeyman

    The three highlighted above will definitely go places. I deliberately excluded Cleverly and Brook as they already have British titles. Granted they are still 'prospects' in the strictest sense, but have actually achieved something.

    Too early to say, some people can improve out of sight although that is made more difficult by some of the mediocre trainers around.

    Some people look great against bums but aren't the real deal.

    Very, very difficult but I think DeGale, Groves and Gavin all have a lot of class.

    A quick top 10 that I devised of fighters who have had 10 fights or less:

    1. George Groves
    2. Frankie Gavin
    3. Billy Joe Saunders (I do seem to rate him higher than most though)
    4. James DeGale
    5. Joe Murray
    6. Tony Jeffries
    7. Tony Bellew
    8. Liam Walsh (I was impressed with his last performance)
    9. Travis Dickinson
    10. David Price

    I know I have probably missed some people off and you won't agree with some of the people I have chosen or the order, but its just my opinion :good

    Agreed, same with alot of the prospects.

    For me I like Jamie Cox. I'd like to see him face the loser of Brook-Jennings or Mcintyre.

    Groves, Bellew and Stephen Smith are my picks.

    I like Brook, but as above he's probably too seasoned now to be a proper 'prospect'. As with Khan and Cleverly. Although I probably dont rate Clev as high as others seem to.

    I like Price too and think he could go pretty far in a weak division. Euros I reckon.

    There are a plethora of domestic level prospects.

    we gotta consider that 10 years ago Ricky Hatton becoming world champion and in the top 5 p4p would of be laughed at.

    i think Stephen Smith, George Groves, Tony Bellew, Nathan Cleverly and Joe Murray will become legit world champions.

    Gavin I have heard to many bad things about him outside the ring. Saunders to, and he shouldnt be at middleweight.

    some of the other with Warren promoting will pick up the WBO.

    Agreed, we have no clue any of the careers will pan out. But it makes for a good discussion.

    All will be revealed no doubt.....

    One I have all but discounted from going all the way is Jeffries, unfortunately.
