A decision for either or even a draw would have been an ok call. It was just one of those types of fights. Their tactics/styles were like apples and oranges, hard to compare. As i've said in other posts though, I think it was naive of Dirrell and his team to think the apparent plan of running and holding would be enough to get a win over the belt holder on his home turf!

froch would have landed more if when he did finally manage to get close to him, dirrel didn't hug him, turn his back on him or throw himself on the floor.
I think a lot of Americans got sand in their Vaginas after JT got KTFO (someone actually posted a thread that they had JT winning before the KO??)and I believe this added fuel to the outrage and prolonged PMT they have displayed since the froch/dirrell decision which IMO was a very close fight
