    Taylor would wipe the floor w/Sturm. Taylor still has great skills. The only guys he loses too are big punches that can take a really good punch. I think he matches up well with others in this Tournament which gives him a chance. Abraham is a bad match up for him though at any point in his career.

    a) Spot on re: Sturm.
    b) Props for "propitious". Great word, perfectly used. It covers the fact that so many can't seem to get through their heads: Bute and Pavlik have HBO and promotional reasons they'll never participate - stop mentioning them!

    Besides, I just think Bika deserves it. Give a blue collar fighter a break.

    First . . . Sturm won't fight outside of Germany

    Second . . . Sturm won't climb up in weight

    And foremost Sturm doesn't have balls. :D

    forget sturm hes a boring fighter.....at leastwith taylor still in the tourny we are guaranteed some knock outs.......

    Sturm wanted no part of Jermain Taylor. Ok, he had an excuse - he would have had to travel to the US again, where he got robbed against DLH.

    But then he could've fought Abraham in Germany, for a huge purse - again, Sturm wanted no part of that...

    Why would you think he wanted any part of the super 6 now?

    theres no way in hell sturm gets the nod because he fell back into the euro scene after his oscar fight - that meant he and his promoter werent serious about what they wanted to accomplish.
