That was terrible coverage. At the end of some rounds it was going 20 seconds into the next round in some cases. At first i thought they were replaying but no! I dont care if the fight was rubbish i want to see it in entirity.

Also dont like the commentry on delayed coverage its so blatantly based on what has been said in the week.

I finally got to watch the fight properly last night, in my opinion Dirrell probably deserved to win, and if he had fought the whole fight the way he fought the last 4 rounds where he mixed his running and holding with some nice bursts of punches, he would have won the fight regardless of where it is held, but he didn't, and unfortunately for him you can't go to another guys hometown to challenge for his title and fight the first 2 thirds of the fight like a *** and expect to win. He should have done more in the early rounds as he clearly has the capabaility, hopefully he learns from the loss and gets out of this minimalist approach mind set.

Froch is a very limited ****. Nothing personal against him... but I have to say his skills are very limited - to say he has a bit of leonard in him is f...ing joke... i would expect a quote like that from Khan.... The think is at least Khan went to the US and learnt some good skills and has improved as a fighter....Froch needs to get KTFO by Kessler/Abraham for him to learn he's not as good as he thinks....very slow and crap defence.... he does load up on some big shots though.... i can see some very entertaining fights coming up involving Froch and I see him getting hurt... His self proclaimed "granite" chin is not as solid as he thinks.... Very tough but was dropped by Taylor so I see Kessler and Abraham dropping him at least once

I watched this crap again (3rd time) yesterday afternoon with my old man who is not a Froch fan, and I actually scored it wider for Froch than I did first time around. Dirrell was throwing some leather but Froch was slipping an awful lot of his jabs

Froch for all the talk of a granite chin and taking two to give one does manage to slip jabs pretty well he just needs to do the same with power punches.

The fact that he will take on Abraham and Kessler will mean at the end of this competion, he will have faced opponents on par with anything Calzaghe has done over a decade in just 2 years.

For Dirrell he could well nick a result against Abraham which come the end of fight night prove a controversial one. I seem him being busier than Abraham and scoring many shots but ones that land on Abraham tight gaurd. I believe Dirrel abilty to move quickly will also results in Abraham becoming fustrated unless Arthur shots are so powerful they are able to sloww 99 per cent of guys who are natually quicker than him.

    Dirrell 12PSD Abraham

Kessler will prove to much for Froch and i believe beat him quite easily.

    Kessler 12UD Froch

Got to agree with this, I think hes a walking KO at the top level to be honest, his chin is good but its not lamottas and I dont know what hes going to do when he comes up against a bigger puncher than he has so far

Dirrel rocked him, Taylor floored him...and these arent 2 power punching aggressive fighters

when he fights somebody that will hurt him and he wont be able to just take their bombs...how is he going to adjust? will he make any adjustments at all? have not seen any signs that he can

While I agree that Froch is doing better on average fight quality than Joe ever did you are basically saying that Abraham at SMW is better than Hopkins at LHW. Froch is yet to beat Kessler and Abraham aint no Hopkins. To be frank I don't think AA is even close to a 43 year old snaggletooth.

As for Froch actually beating Kessler I've always said Kessler will take him apart. They will both come to fight though so it will be good to watch but I think dont think Froch's attributes will be enough to pull him through on this one.

people are always going on about Froch's defences and opposition after winning the BC strap and comparing it to calzaghe and hatton, but what people don't mention is that Froch is in his 30s, not long left of his career and with little option but to "cram" it all in a short period, A better and more fair comparison would be to see those fighters at similar ages, because by 31 Hatton was getting ready for retirement.

Dirrell got docked a point in the 10th round. He can't be given 10 points for that round.

    Best thread ever. :rofl

The only round universally agreed on (The 11th for Dirrell) he gives to Froch

Dirrell docked a point in the 10th and he gives a 10 to him

    :rofl ACE
