[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkE5_WTHQyQ&feature=related[/ame] Because you're all seemingly ******ed and can't read a simple sentence, the thread states '1 round fight'. I'm not making a case for this being the greatest round, I'm making it a case for being the greatest 1 round..F I G H T in history. Meaning the fight only lasts for the single round. Stop with the Hagler/Hearns thing.
it's certainly up there! I can't think of anything off hand. this fight was circulated a while back with the "greatest rounds in history" thread and i was blown away by it
I said one round fight, not round. I'm talking about fights that only lasted a round dude. You're insulting my intelligence with that ****. :verysad
If there is I dont want to know. It looked like a mismatch in the 1st 2 minutes against Mancini and then boom boom just turned into a tazmanian devil in there. I wonder if there were people complaining at the timing of the stoppage, I have no problems with it but I can see a case if someone argued against it.
Arturo Frias is from my Hometown and he was not someone expected to win the title he came out of nowhere as a late sub and knocked out Claude Noel for the title also defending agains former champ Espana. This was a great 1st round, and although not fuss was made about the stoppage, I think they should have let it ago a little longer. Frias had a lot of heart and if there would have been a 2nd round that also would have been a good one. I can think of 1st rounds just as good, but ones ending in the 1st icant think of any that come to mind.
It's subjective but I always enjoy watching Bowe - Holyfield 1, round 10. Especially after the punishment both had dished out up until that point.
What the hell is so hard to understand about "1 round fight". Hagler/Hearns didn't end in the 1st round. Stop with this ****, it's silly. :huh
