it is not a sacntoning body, thats why they dont count. The Ring Magazine doesnt count because they do not impose uniformed rules, they do not mandate that the champion face the #1 Challenger... There for this title is just a matter of public opinion at best.

 

I reckon Cotto will come into his own in this fight.. i think pacman will dominate the early rounds.. but i think he will tire a bit and cotto will step up his game and knock pacman out.. my gamble is on Cotto to KO pacman between 6-9 rounds

 

he can prolly still squeeze back to 135 and fight JMM there and grab JMM's belt and lineal.

Yeah this would make sense if there werent 6 or 7 sanctioning bodies running around with sometimes multiple titles in each division. Unfortunately there are, so therefore most of us put much more stock in lineal and ring championships because they are clearly more genuine at this point in boxing history.
