This fight isn't gonna bring the type of fight that he could get with a fighter like clottey...plus carlos would have to go up 2 154 cuz i dont think paul would have time to cut the weight properly..paul by ko 2

I think Lederman had Rahman winning the fight before the ko happen in the 5th round.

:patsch I could care less about that...He lost...PERIOD!

The point of fighting is winning which Rahman did at the time! He got KO'ed in his next fight with Lewis and the public didnt care for a trilogy. Most fans (not all though) dont want to see this match-up...Hell, I could see if Quintana was making a name for himself after he lost to Williams.

Too be honest I wouldn't mind Williams-Quintana 3. With that said I don't see it going any different from the 2nd fight.

Yeah like Williams saying he wants to fight Calzaghe.

Still it's obvious it's not like you said that he ''doesn't want any''.

Either way it's a better fight than fighting a Kolle type opponent.

True. One of the most frustrating things about watching boxing is good fighters who don't fight often enough. I don't understand it, because if they aren't fighting they aren't getting paid. And the clock keeps ticking...

The first fight was a clear victory for Quintana, but nobody got "F___ed up." The judges had it either 7-5 or 8-4. It was an excellent win by Q, but let's not overstate it.

I'd be happy to see a third fight, especially on such short notice. I felt bad for Q missing out on a payday when Top Rank left the promotion.

Why? It's more than obvious that Quintana isn't on PW's level, and he'll just catch another beatdown. Nobody's interested in that fight. Quintana isn't interesting. He had one great night against a disinterested PW and I'm sure he'll cherish that memory forever, but it's not gonna happen again.

For some reason everyone is really sensitive about Paul Williams, I don't want to make love to him like a lot of others here do so I'm deemed a hater. I had to say this first because I honestly do believe that a 3rd match would be 50/50, but still not entertaining. I'm pushing for Williams vs. Martinez.

Why no rubbermatch????????? Don't know... it baffles me.... MOST PROBABLY IS FEAR... Fear he won't have the same luck as in the second fight... PW might fear he won't be able to catch a cold Quintana this time.... Fear he (CQ) may come a bit better prepared to confront Paul from the 1st rd..... fear of something else, I don't know.... AND ACTUALLY, I PERSONALLY THINK A LOT OF HIS FANS (maybe most of them) fear the same, thus making excuses with the 1st rd. ko in the 2nd fight! IF PW IS SO FEARED &&&&&&& HE HAS NOBODY TO FIGHT , WHY NOT TAKE A "STAY ACTIVE-WARM-UP" KIND OF FIGHT WITH THE 1 GUY WHO HAS A W OVER HIM??? Can't do any harm for sure.... plus it will quiet a lot of critics and erase any doubts!!! PW FEARED?... MY A**!
