i would expect that he could but what do u think r his chances of doing just that?

will haye retreat and run after feeling valuevs power shots or will he brave it out and dish it back?

Thats like asking if a Middleweight could KO a Welterweight.

Hes going to be eating jabs for quite some time and the clinches will exhaust him.

I believe that Valuev can KO Haye. I don't beleive that Haye can KO Valuev.

I am not predicting that Valuev will win by KO though - I think Haye will get a clear UD. I would love it if Valuev did KTFO Haye.

You'd think Valuev would be the best heavyweight ever. But the fact he's relatively **** as a boxer somehow robs him of this accolade.

WOuld love to see him go ****ing mental for once and even brawl, but he just doesn't do it for some strange reason. He reminds me of Lenny from The Grapes of Wrath.

    andyzor,

the reason i ask is that valuev seems to have dropped off his intensity of looking for the ko victory, although he has fought a couple of handy fighters too that would more than likely give haye trouble.

Valuev is too slow, Haye is going to see all the punches well before they land,
Haye is not going to be KOed. I think Haye will pound Value's chest with single shots, hard shots; while Value's left arm is extended for a jab Haye can land a hard right and go out of range safely. Valuev is going to feel a lot of pain, Haye by late TKO or SD (wide UD would be logical, but where do the fight take place?)

Like all of the other opponents of Valuev saw all his punches and smartly avoided all of them????:lol::lol:

Haye isn't known as a defensive genius, or a fighter with the best footwork. Valuev has managed to connect with fighters who have both better defense and better footwork.

Haye can and should potshot his way to victory, and try to move in and out quickly and utilise lateral movement.

People seem to think that "Haye is fast, Valuev is big and slow, so Valuev can't hit Haye". Cause they don't realise that Haye is only fast when it comes to punching. His defence and footwork dont seem to get the benefit of his speed. And Valuev is faster and more effective at punching than people admit.

I still predict a clear UD. If a KO does by some chance happen, it will be Haye on the canvas.

the problem is if valulev fights like he did against holyfield he isnt going to hit haye _ i cant see haye moving as much as holy did but NV looked soo slow and plodding there was no snap to his punches at all after watching that last fight i think Haye has really good chance of winning

Valuev never faced an opponent with half of Haye's reflexes, take a look at Haye/Barret, TwoGunz was never able to land a clear jab and he's way faster than Valuev

If Haye had all these great reflexes, why was he wobbled against Mormeck? How was Mormeck able to land?

Why was he on the floor against Barrett? How was Barrett able to land if Haye's reflexes are so amazing?

Why was Fragomeni able to land against Haye? Maybe Haye's reflexes are a big myth.

"Haye can't be hit, he has amazing reflexes" is one of the BIG MYTHS here on ESB.

value can ko haye in the same way thompson did.

if haye goes looking to ko valuev, he'll be fooked out in 5/6 rounds, and valuev will push him over for a ko win....if he paces himself and tries to win on points he can beat valuev on points.

Cmon guys, read posts before replying, nobody said Haye is untouchable,
we all know Haye career a little bit
here we are trying to analyze possible outcomes for Haye-Valuev bout, how the hell can you compare Fragomeni or Mormerk with Valuev?
