The big money winner? Chuck Liddell. The Iceman hauled in a cool half-million for his split-decision loss to Keith Jardine. Mauricio Shogun Rua the PRIDE FC superstar brought home the next highest purse with $150,000 for the losing effort in his Octagon debut. And Ryoto Machida pocketed $50,000 to remain unbeaten. Tyson Griffin and Thiago Tavares each earned $40,000 for their electrifying scrap. There was no bonus awarded for a knockout on the Knockout card because no one got knocked out. The total fighter payroll for the UFC 76 was $954,000.
Damn them guys get payed almost nothing for what they have to do in the ring, I actually feel sorry for the guys that in ufc. Don King aint the devil, Dana White is.

Dana white is a ***** when it comes to paying fighters. But I rarely see mma fans hating boxing, I do however see alot of hate the other way. I don't understand the hate though as they're two different sports. If there is any reason to hate boxing it's the amount of champions there are, as bad decisions happen in both sports.
