I bet he will, Cotto is a very accurate puncher, he should be able to land at least some good shots on Pac.

Finally someone mentioned it. Thanks. I think the whole p4p thing is so ******ed. Whoever came up with the p4p thing years ago is a moron. Heavyweights are completely out of the picture so how can the p4p thing even work. And who is to say that if a heavyweight was smaller he wouldn't be able to hit as hard as the other people in the lower weight division. I think the whole concept is so stupid. If all these little guys are so good "pound for pound" than why don't they step up in heavier weight classes like light heavy, cruiser, and heavyweight. If they did they'd get the crap beat out of them.............end of story. So much for the p4p argument.

Good interview.....I respect Paulie's comments. I disagree but he makes a lot of sense. Cotto is definitley going to be bigger and stronger....so we'll have to see how his plays out. THanks for posting.

C'mon bro......it's just his opinion. And he made some valid points. I don't think he'll be right on Nov 14th but Paulie is a very good boxer without a doubt.

His punching power has nothing to do with his remarks about the Cotto/ Pac fight. He's just letting you know what Manny is up against in this bout............................A Reality Check.:yep

Pac's defense, footwork and speed is immeasurably better than Malignaggi's. Cotto's problem will be actually hitting Manny. Even third-rate Diaz clocked Malignaggi.

:deal:thumbsup Well said i totally agree with you even though im picking manny. Cotto is the hardest puncher Manny has fought. A healthy Oscar hits as hard or maybe harder than Cotto, but not the drained Oscar. Marquez is a sharp puncher at 135,but cotto at 147 hits much harder. I agree even if Morales and Barrera pfp hit as hard as Cotto, it doesnt matter alls that matters is Cotto hits much harder. Pac had a good chin at 130 and 135 but probably not as good at the higher wt. His speed will win him this fight plus I think he hits hard enough to hurt Cotto, although Cotto definitly hits hard enough to hurt Pacman.

I think Malanagi has the punching power of a girl, I take it back,a girl slaps harder.Cotto is really strong.Pac is maybe guy that can slow or get his respect. That's my point.

Wow, everybody seems to have been hit by both guys.

Nobody really knows unless you measure them with a force measurement. And P4P, still nobody can't say as the fighers they fought surely have different punch resistance P4P too.
