How can you say he has better defense?

#1- Niether one of them are defensive wizards.

#2- Cotto blocks punches, Pac makes you miss.

#3- Pac has better head movement.

#4- Pac has faster feet.

#5- Cotto was caught flush several times by slow ass Margarito.

#6- The last time Cotto fought a southpaw(Judah) Cotto may have won, but it's not like Judah couldn't find him.

Margarito was the top WW at the time. Margo was the same fighter that almost beat Paul Williams and KOed Cotto and Cintron, remember?

One fight doesn't make someone shot, especially a fight in which you win by KO. Style make fights, and while I agree a prime Mosely beat Cotto, it's not by blowout.

 

Good point but you forgot to mention one thing Mosley or Clottey (with Cotto's eye bleeding from round 3 on) could not put him down! I have respect for what pac has done throughout his career but please let's get real. Besides the catch weight if Manny would have included in the contract plaster for his gloves he he might stand a chance. He could not even KO a weight drained DLH who was also well pasted his prime!

You should know Oscar had one of the best chins. But on the flipside, I guess if you didn't notice had that fight gone a round or 2 longer Manny would have stopped him.
