What are the point of "Youth" titles.

    I was looking at Boxrec and I noticed that some orgs have "Youth" titles.

    But when I went to look at the champions I noticed that all of them are in their 20's.

    Shouldn't a "Youth" title be for 16 year olds?

    True, but why then call them Youth titles?
