I watched pacquiao's last 3 fights again, I've looked at who he was against and what he was able to do. I watched 5 of Cotto's fights including against south paws. Pacquiao is going to take some rib crushing punches with how available he will be to get counter punched. I don't think this will bode well for Pacquiao. I am a huge pacquiao fan too, I love the guy, but his legs gave out on a Marquez left hook. Now imagine a 155lb Cotto landing even one punch like that on Manny's chin. If Cotto doesn't stop Manny it might be a decision for Pacquaio, but I doubt that is happening.

Roach is nobody but his opponents trainer not the guy thats gonna fight him on fight night.Cotto does not come out of no where and talks about others unless he has a reason! Every boxer on the planet is cocky. All of them think they have trained their hardest, are in the best shape of their life and are headed into the biggest fight of their life. If they didn't have that mentality, why the hell would they be walking into the ring to get punched at for 36 minutes. They have to have the ultimate confidence, that's where heart comes from.

 

No DLH and Hatton are faster, Cottos is technically better than Hatton though and bigger

Zab was talking some crazy **** and Cotto was quiet and just waited for fight night. Now I may have my view of that situation as to how that fight went down(low blows) but Cotto was quiet like an assassin waiting to strike and when he got to the ring, Cotto did his thing. That was the old Cotto way of taking care of business. Their's a possibility those new tattoos put that boy's head up his ass.

As far as these reasons you're talking about that Cotto had, he still did it. Being cocky is in him. IT'S NOT A HUGE PART OF HIS CHARACTER(like for example Floyd Mayweather) but it's there. It doesn't matter what reason he had, he still did it. He belittled other people. Roach & Cintron may have said they're thing, but they didn't belittle him.

I dont get it. All the Cotto fans are saying Pac shouldnt have any excuses if he looses, ie he's too small. However, what is the one thing they are all banking and hoping to happen? That Cotto's size will prevail, his power and strength be too much.
