its not always the bigger you are the harder you punch but more often then not, thats the case. considering one of the guys in the poll came up from flywieght. its not that easy to tell either will ko% that you brought up as well. vitali kitschko has the highest ko% of any heavyweight belt holder ever, but do you think he htis the hardest as well? see where there is a gray area.
Pac also KO 3K Battery with single punch. Cotto has to watch for that. PacMAn edged Judah being a heavy handed boxer. It's all execution and timing.
I see your point but I always base things on the RESULTS not impressions.. RESULTS is the actual manifistation of the punch. The KO! IMPRESSION is what the viewer sees at the time of the punch. Wether we like it or not impression has something to do with the popularity of the boxer. Come to think of it somebody can look impressive on certain fights on certain rounds but bottom line I based it on the ACTUAL RESULTS of the fight if he was able to KO the opponent or not! Thus I look at the KO ratio... however there is also another variable to look at. The quality of opponents. Dude Valero has a 100% KO but it's all against BUMS! Thus, fans have very little respect on his resume.
