a new pac training vid. I noticed that he doesn't lead with the left when hitting the pads but that in fights he does it often.

I'm beginning to doubt Pacquiao. I just don't see how he can take Cotto's shots at all, and Cotto is way to accurate so I don't see how Pacquiao can evade
    them...

Yeah he will be able to evade most, but not all of them, I see Cotto landing some solid shots on Pac.

Pac has great handspeed and is too shifty. He trained to avoid Cotto's left hook and body shots.

    Pac by KO 9th round.

Pac can take a few solid shots from Cotto. Obviously he won't be able to take as many as Margarito and Mosley took but he won't be getting hit as much as those guys either because he won't stand in Cotto's range.

Surprisingly enough the balance of this fight could lie in how well Cotto can take Pacquiao's punches and not vice-versa.

Pacquiao will be on the outside and then when Cotto compromises his position or his guard Pacquiao will turn on the offense and hit up Cotto with some combinations before moving back out of his range. (BTW for examples of Cotto compromising his position when his opponent is out of range just watch cotto vs Judah for examples throughout the fight, even in the rounds that he was dominating).

Anyways if Pacquiao's punches don't hurt Cotto then Cotto will just take the first or second punch of the combination allowing Pacquiao to open himself up and then hit Pacquiao with his own bombs. But if Pacquiao's punches are forcing Cotto to cover up and give up his offense then I don't see how Cotto is gonna beat Pacquiao.

With that being said Cotto's punch resistance at 147 seems pretty good. He took some solid shots from Clottey and Mosley without flinching and even Margo who obviously had him hurt never really had him wobbling all over the place, it was more accumulation. On the flip side Judah had Cotto more or less on ***** street and Judah is an explosive puncher relatively similar Pacquiao.

But the truth is that Pacquiao is smaller than any of the other opponents Cotto has faced. We don't know how strong he will be at 147. I'm thinking strong enough to force Cotto to cover up and therefore strong enough to dominate the fight.

    thats my analysis

Cotto is so slow in this video. Why is Santiago going to Cotto's left? I don't think Pac will do that. Wrong practice from an noobie trainer.

The possibility, thats right the mere possibility, not the certainty since we can't know that for sure, of Margo having cheated in that fight is enough to help Cotto get over it mentally. Also, the fact that it was a very brave showing and a very competitive fight (I believe one judge had it a draw at stoppage) also helps Cotto a lot psychologically. I think he has gotten over it, if only because he thinks Margo may have cheated.

Cotto is too slow for Pac. I want Cotto to win but he does not have the speed to land on pac consistently plus even if he does pac has a great chin and excellent boxng ability. Pac will win, probably by KO within 5, Cotto doesnt have much of a chin and Pac has the power to hurt and finish him

I think PAC will go down in this fight, get up, but will get caught with one. Cotto is the hardest hitter hes faced yet. We've all seen PAC get wobbled by JMM in those fights and Cotto hits harder then that. In the end i still see PAC winning if he implements that in and out style he uses to negate the counter punching types. I see some serious fireworks on the way saturday regardless though. Hopefully it lives up to the billing
