Who gives a ****? Sure he's huge but he can barely move! Why the **** couldn't Haye have actually, you know, boxed him?

Indeed Vitali threw more punches in 1 round than Haye threw in 12 rounds :nut Brits are the most biased posters on the board. They laughed at Dirrell and said that you can't take away the belt with running and now they are saying that Haye put on a masterclass :rofl. Dirrell>>>>>>>>Haye

If you know the definition of boxing, that's EXACTLY what Haye did.

Thank Fowler that none you are boxing coaches, because if you gave a fighter a game plan of "go out swinging" against Valuev then on most occasions your fighter would be KO'd.
I guarantee if either of the Klitschko's fought Valuev they would have an even more negative stategy than Haye, they would jab him to death. Only a granite chin fighter would go out there swinging on the knowledge of they may not be able to out box him. Haye could outbox Valuev and he knows he has a suspect chin, so that was the only strategy he could have.
When Haye fights Ruiz he will absolutely destroy him.

I would say that it is completely justifiable to call Haye boring after this fight. People are remembered for their big fights. He is fighting to win the mother****ing heavyweight championship of the world (or one of them) and all he did was say for months that he would win it by beating the **** out of the ****er. Then he comes in and does this ****. Many people are going to feel robbed after watching this **** and rightfully so. Its also as believable about his broken hand as that so-called bull**** slave contract that the Klits wanted him to sign and the messed up back. I looked forward to this guy for a while and he has been nothing but a disappointment. However, if he fights several times against good competition, like Adamek, in the next year and kicks their asses all will be forgiven. He just better make all this bull**** worth it and so far it hasn't

Does the poster have any sense at all? He actually believed Haye would slug it out against a man so massive? You're more gullible than one of those little kids who watch Power Rangers then try those moves out on someone way bigger and get swatted around like a gnat. It'd be so foolish to attempt to do so and Haye, as big as his mouth is, isn't that stupid. A career heavyweight with a solid chin(Chagaev) chose pretty much the same approach.....so why wouldn't Haye?

I don't really dislike Valuev(I admire how he made it so far in the sport) but I'm happy that there was not yet another ringside judge con job for people to ***** about and berate Valuev over. The big guy justs tries his best and has no control over what a judge might score for his fights.

Now Ruiz wants a crack at Haye for his old belt(if you're surprised, I'd like to know what day you came to from your coma). Let's hope if he should fight Ruiz that Haye fights more exciting because at least the man is much more his own size than Nico

Yeah and Ruiz also lost twice. ( all be it controversial)

Haye did what he had to do to win, simple as that.

He ain't too small to fight at heavyweight but Nikolai Valuev is a pretty unique case, no? It requires something different, which is why the fight played out differently to any David Haye fight.

When Haye fights a 'normal' heavyweight he'll be the same David Haye he always was. The one that went for broke against Barrett. You'll see when he fights Ruiz.

Yeah Ruiz engaged and got picked off, muscled and outpointed, and heres what Ruiz said before the Haye fight:

"I made mistakes againt Valuev, if Haye can take davantage of MY mistakes and box correctly, I believe he can take the decision"

But if he'd gone out and got beaten you would respect him more eh?

Go check out Dempsey vs. Willard on youtube. Yes, we all hope to see a little guy gunsling against a giant and come out on top, like dempsey did--and like haye claimed dozens of times he was going to.
