Do you think Angulo was sick coming in to the Cintron fight? And do you think that a rematch would prove so? Dont get me wrong im not getting carried away I know Angulo isnt the next Sugar but he sure is a ruthless beast. Honestly I knew there was something missing in his A game that night that he showed tonight. Your thoughts?

Uhhh, no. Just a bull**** excuse Angulo and his people came up with to justify the loss. All fighters do this and usually it's a bunch of bull.

No just trying to make a hype again Yorgey = journeyman of tough man contest Cintron = a decent Contender.

no, two reasons for different showing. 1. Yorgey has NO defence and Angulo throws many power punches - not a good combination 2. cintron is a goood technician who obviously learned from his fight with margo who has a similar style to angulo and fought the a good fight

I agree Yorgey beat a guy who was just a name but honestly physically Angulo looked 10 times better than what he looked like in the Cintron fight. Watch it again, his energy was off and his usual relentless agression wasnt there.

Actually, it was said before the fight. HBO said that Angulo didn't look the same and that he was late for the weigh in. I think he beats Cintron. Lets be real, the first fight was close. A few adjustments and Perro wins.

Nope, just excuses. Angulo wasn't ready, the scorecards only seemed close, but the rounds that Cintron won he won big. Not only that but after he knew he had enough rounds he started to cruise.

It was confirmed he was ill before the Cintron fight, and it was obvious to anyone that has seen his fights that he was not fighiting normally that night. His workrate was significantly lower and he moved slow. He also was not sweating very much.

Despite that, he still had Cintron running the last 2 rounds. I think he would beat him in a rematch

We are in the age of excuses. No one ever "loses" anymore. They always were sick on the night of the fight, their dog died, and the hotel they were in had a broken bed which was the work of corrupt promoters. Oh, and the judges were paid off.

Cintron fought the perfect fight to escape with a close decision win. I think it was just a career best performance from Kermit more than any other illness.

I think it was more of an excuse for his loss.
