I think it is a legitimate question. Haye did not want to fight Wlad and backed out. He then backed out of fighting Vitali. Now he beat the obnvious easiest guy with a strap. Will wlad even deal with Haye now after haye refused to fight him?
Wlad already shut out and made Chagaev quit who beat Valuev more impressively than Haye did. Chagaev was the REAL WBA champion.
Haye has a belt now and will not want to give it up for now. Haye will take on the nameless WBA contenders until he sees other fighters break down the K's before he ever steps up to the plate. He had the oppurtunity and chose against it twice. It wasn't a money issue. He had no balls.
Didn't Haye injure his back against Wlad? Main, talk about rumors & speculation taking hold as the status quo. And as for Vitali, the fight wasn't officially signed and they didn't like the deal so they pulled out at the last second. Not a good track record, definitely not professional. But let's not talk about running and ducking. He didn't fight Vitali due to a slave contract apparently, and he injured his back against Wlad. Where am I wrong? You just don't believe that theory?
:deal Haye now has something of value to bring to the table. However if he has signed his soul over to King then I can see problems with negotiating. The biggest problem I can see with the negotiations is that Haye shits his pants a little bit every time he hears the name Klitschko.
Shhhh, you're interupting their little fantasies. I'd like to have seen the terms and conditions that were put forward on the Vit-Haye fight, Haye has said on numerous occassions that they were "ridiculous". Now given that the first contract with Wlad was stupid enough in that they had him having to defeat both the Klits TWICE and were taking the lions share of the cash .. I can't imagine how bad the 2nd contract must have been, after they had lambasted Haye for running out on the first one (despite the fact that Haye had offered a 3 week postponment ... remember) to make Haye just walk away from it. Now he has a belt and some leverage, I think he should get Ruiz out of the way and then open up talks with the Klitschkos.
This fight isn't gonna happen. Sauerland/King have options and I expect Haye to lose during that stretch. Ruiz is definitely going to give him some problems.
Wlad had surgery and isn't fighting again until early 2010, and it will be against Eddie Chambers and then probably Povetkin. Haye is going to be stuck fighting Ruiz probably, hopefully he can take on Vitali next though.
well looking at that fight klits would be more active and will keep haye at bay wit his jab, hes a giant but a giant wit skill that haye will have problems wit
