Other than landing a lucky jab that broke Fedor's nose, and a little flurry that he had on the ground, Rogers did nothing to Fedor. He got dominated. Yea, Fedor was not rushing the fight, but he was winning easily. Almost knocked him out in the first, then finished him off in the second. Good fight for Fedor!

I did give Fedor both rounds.. In round one, Fedor did more even though Rogers had one moment of glory.. overall you still have to give the round to Fedor.

Fedor dominated the jab is what bloodied his nose up which is no big deal because I think anyone on this forum could make Fedor bleed. The strikes on the ground in the 1st round was Rogers only really strong moment and apparently Fedor wasnt that hurt as he switched his hips for an armbar.

I guess you're right, but Fedor did lean into that punch. i think it was lucky that it caused that much damaged, not that he threw it or landed it.

The 1st round was pretty close. Argument could be made in either favor

rounds don't matter as much as they do in boxing. it was a tough fight, regardless of who won what round.

Fedor rocked Rogers with that left hook, scored two take downs, had a bit of GnP, tried 2 subs.
    Fedor won the first.

Does anyone have the FULL video with post fight commentary and replays. I was watching with no sound so I have no idea what either of them said right after the fight.

Rogers put up a good fight and at least made the fight look worthy. He did a good job on the ground got back to his feet on one occasion and even had top position and had a quick flurry. Feodr just did what he always does waits for a slight mistake and capatalizes.

Rogers also landed some pretty heavy body shots and was trying to tire Fedor by pushing him up against the cage kind of like GSP did to Penn.

Also, what the **** is a lucky jab? Can you explain to me the difference between landing a lucky jab and an unlucky jab?

Fedor is a great fighter, its obvious. Rogers put in a good performance though and has nothing to be ashamed of.

Rogers did the most visible damage messing up Fedor's nose and face. You can't say that was an easy and comfortable 1st round for Fedor. lol
