assuming that ruiz is his mandatory ,and he fights him.Who would you like to see him fighting before he fights the klit's?

i stll think he could struggle against either of them.but i think a fight with the likes of Kevin Johnson and eddie chambers could be decent fights (given te quality of the heavyweight division ).

another name that comes to mind that could be good would be Chagaev.a few of these fights then the klits ...but haye will prob go straight after them

It's the money fight for Winter 2010 - Haye V either Klit........

He really needs to get after Vitali next year due to his age I think, to make the fight worthwile.

Ruiz in May/June 2010, Vitali in Dec 2010/Jan 2011, then another mandatory in Summer 2011, followed by Wlad at the end of 2011.......

I want to see him fight Audley to find out who is the real champion of the world.

Not that I advise it but I think Haye will go for Vitali after his mandatory.

The WBA strap will give him leverage and VK will be eager to get his hands on it.

I think adding another year on to Vitali's career may make him quite beatable at that point, we will see.

I'm not so sure the Klit fights wait till after Ruiz. Money talks and this fight is now massive, and when has boxing been more popular in UK than now. All the momentum will be lost if its Ruiz next. (to the general public who is he, is he some sort of giant? no, he is called the quiet man, that'll be £15 please! not gonna happen) Also are the TV execs going to risk an injury to Haye or a defeat to ageing Vitali? I see Ruiz getting paid step aside money and King will get his cut.

Obviously a Klitschko fight would be exciting.

Otherwise I think Arreola could be an interesting fight (and the build-up would be hilarious). A few people are talking about Tua, that could also be good. You'd have to give Haye credit for his courage if he takes Valuev and Tua in a row.

Ibragimov, Chagaev, Povetkin, Peter are other possibilites, perhaps allowing Haye to fight a bit more freely.

What would be REALLY hilarious would be David Haye vs James Toney. In fact, if I could make one fight, this would be it. I can't imagine what would happen at the promotional events.

Personally I think any fight but the Klits is pretty much a waste of time. There is no-one else in the division worth fighting imo.

I want Adamek for Haye after Ruiz, I think Haye would muller him to be honest. Adamek has zero power at heavyweight and it would be a big fight. He can build a pretty good HW resume before fighting the Klits and that would make it a mega mega fight.

But like Haye said he wants to retire when he's 31, there isnt alot of time unfortunately.

Lets just hope he stays active from now on, am I right in thinking he has to face Ruiz within 90 days? Can't wait to see Ruiz get 'Tua'd' again...Haye will destroy him :yep

    Wladimir, why not?

David is 29 years old and he relies a great deal on athletic gifts, you can't wait til he's 32. He's the type of fighter where it could go downhill quickly. Haye doesn't fight often so I'd like to see him settle the Ruiz situation and then gun for Wlad again.

    Tough one.......

I'd make the Ruiz fight asap - like February - and get that out of the way.

    Possible choices......

    Wlad
    Vitali
    Adamek
    Tua
    Chambers
    Povetkin

    Will have a think......

Haye has the skill and power to beat all of them...He will fight Vitali and Wlad in the way he beat Valuev, although I think he may knock Wlad out..

Some of his defences will be like last night.. not that exciting but will get the result...:good
