As far as I know pro boxing is prohibited in Norway, so I doubt they will show pro fights on TV.

In fact all the norwegian pro boxers have to fight abroad, they can't even fight in their own country. Sad but true. There are gyms in Norway where pros can train, and there's amateur boxing, but no pro boxing.. I'm not norwegian, but I've been there many times.

    This is true.

I heard it from that hot momma Cecilia Brakhus that she can't box in Norway9she is norwegian).

It was forbidden in the 70's or 80's. Can't remember. The main reason for it then was big risk of injuries to the head(like Ali). In newer time, people have several times tried to get this rule terminated.

Cecilia Braekhus joked about fighting on a boat outside Bergen last year. Because then it was in international territory.

Haye-Valuev was sent live on TV2 Sport (paying channel).

Viasat Sport 3 also sent lots of boxing some years ago.

Eurosport also broadcasts a fair bit of boxing, but that tends to German stuff exclusively, several weeks delayed.

Boxing was prohibited in a fit of nanny-stateness gone haywire (together with skateboarding!). Skateboarding was legalized as a result of a huge fad in the late 80's, sadly there is no pressure to legalize boxing.
