dawson v calzaghe lhw who wins???

Calzaghe, if not exactly won, fought to a standstill against Hopkins, the same Hopkins who clowned two of Dawson's best wins. There's still more for Chad, but who knows where it'll go.

Besides, Calzaghe already climbed up in weight. Chad hasn't done that yet.

 

Dawson would go the same way as everybody else. He wouldn't know how to cope with Calzaghes speed and the sheer volume of punches thrown. Joe would win an easy decision and he doesn't get credit for how solid his chin is. Hes been knocked down with some cracking punches in the past and is up straight away and recovers instantly. Dawson doesn't possess the tools to beat Calzaghe and i ,personally, can't see anyone around at the moment who does.

 

(1) dawson fought as a 160 and a 168 already.
(2) hopkins clowned only chad's wins over johnson. the tarver hopkins beat was severely drained from the 220 he was for the Rocky Balboa movie , more drained than roid jones was against him.

 

dude i'm one of calzaghe's biggest detractors and no way does dawson win let alone knock him out, LET ALONE in the 3rd. Calzaghe had great recovery and dawson has no power so i don't think that should be on the table.

calzaghe beats dawson 2008, beats him 2010, beat him 2012 if he fought the way he did against johnson. i see skill in dawson but he doesn't know how to use it. no heart, no guts, no ATG

 

Close fight. I had Cal ahead before. But after I saw Dawson dominate glen. Seems like Dawson improve or Glen just got old. Either way. Dawson's diffence, size and speed should give him the edge over Cal.
