    Roach got 145 put in the contract, and now PAc's fans and Roach say it doesn't matter. Ok if that's the case, cancel/edit the contract like Floyd did, and tell Cotto he can come in at 147 then lol... Too late huh lol...

    So when Mayweather was heavier that night. He had more power in his punches.

    True, but when both agree to it---THERE ARE NO EXCUSES! Of course every fighter wants sometype of advantage. Its all about if the advantages taken or conceeded are agreeable by both sides. In each case, I havent heard of Pacmans team holding a gun to the oppositions head making them take the fight at a specific weight. Same with Floyd, he played within the contract. He was penalized as per the contract, but he still abided by it penalities and all. That was JMM fault. Cottos downfall will be that he may underestimate the weight loss effects and he will not be willing to be penalized for coming in heavier.

    You mean evening the playing field.

    Unhealthy? Cotto weighed 146 in his fight with Clottey. He still look good in that fight and he won. So your unhealthy statement has no merit.

    Clottey-Cotto was not a catch weight fight so when guys say Cotto weighed 146 for his last fight, you sound like fools...
