Of these two who do you think is faster?

Watching both fights, I would say Adamek.. the timing of his punches is superior as well I believe.

Adamek's money punch that short chopping right is his fastest punch.

Haye throws faster combos and moves around the ring faster.

Hand speed is pretty close here, i'd say Haye has an edge. But when you talk overall quickness, speed of foot, movement and reflexes then it's Haye hands down.

Guys, I'm not gonna argue with you, cuz it's pointless. You're Brits and you won't change your mind for sure until you see your champ getting KOed :D I like Haye, got nothing against him, but I really don't think he's much faster than Adamek, look at Golota fight, how fast and exact Adamek was, maybe it's timing's case tho, honestly he was pretty quick in my eyes. If the fight take place, you will see it's at least comparable. Heard rumours HBO is into that fight.

    greetings guys,

I'm no Brit, i'm Dutch and i gave Haye the edge too. The thing is that for sure Adamek is a quick hw, i just think Haye's edge is obvious. i know how Adamek looked against Golota, but you have admit that that was the absolutely perfect opponent to look quick against. Hell even Valuev would look quick against that version of Golota!

And vice-versa. You're Polish and would probably track my address and burn my house down if I said anything bad about Adamek. At least I can be critical of Haye in a constructive sense, I've yet to see an Adamek fan say a bad word about Goral.

Nope, you're wrong. I often try to be objective. I can admit Adamek has disdvantages, I can see he has weak defence, Cunningham showed that, for example I also voted few times against him in fantasy matchup, cuz I know the bareers he can't come throught, like for example Calzaghe at 175 or Wlad at HW. I'm not blindly watched in him, he's my fave boxer, but I also can see the bad stuff in his skills etc, but I don't like to talk about it, that's obvious :D and prefer to focus on his strong sides.
I wouldn't track your address and burn down your house, I'm not as dangerous as Haye :yep no offense

~it's not how to look quick against Golota, it's about physical speed ability, dude. His handspeed was impressive.

Well, both of them are very quick for heavyweights so I don't think that speed will be crucial if they ever fight. I don't think either has an edge in that department. It will be rather factors like conditioning, punching power, mental toughness and defence that will prove decisive in the fight. As for Adamek, I'm his big fan but I can see some flaws in his defence- he keeps his left hand too low, which Haye with his impressive quickness could capitalize on. Hope the fight will be made!

Fighting against a semi-retired, well past his best, mentally fragile, perennial challenger who freezes when hit -I like Adamek (and Golota if truth be known - we all need a bit of crazy to spice it up!) but (at a ridiculously lower level) that's like saying look how super, super slick that Kostya Tszyu was against Julio Cesar Chavez.

Please be clear I'm not comparing Golota to Chavez or vice versa - merely saying that drawing comparisons about Adamek qualities based on that fight are flawed.

He's a really entertaining cruiserweight - appreciate that. Heavyweight isn't his place imo.
