2009 not included, but suggestions including 2009 would be appreciated.

The one that immediately comes to mind is Margarito/Cotto, followed by Williams/Margarito (****, the two most avoided welters at the time fighting each other, just typing this makes me want to watch it again.)

Morales/Barrera of course, out of the official poll, this one is a gorgeous display of spite and skill.

    Let's not forget Pac/Marquez 2

I kind of like Mosley-Margarito for fight of the year so far in '09.

It's a shame, but I have a feeling people are going to overlook Ward-Burton.

Yeah, Margarito's been in a lot of my favorite fights. Which is why I am hoping he makes a comeback, and hoping against hope that he did not cheat. The guy provided some entertainment and fought great fighters.

Castillo Corrales for me. I remember watching it on sky and just being amazed by what I was seeing. And then the ending, regardless of the controversy, was just pure Hollywood.

The fight of the decade so far seems to be Corrales -Castillio. Wards fights against Gatti and Burton were entertaining , but the standards of the best fight in ten years should be higher than what amounts to a club fight between fringe contenders.
Corrales - Castillio had everything, breath taking action, world class skills, a dramatic comeback , and a seemingly impossible ending.

Fight of the decade has to be Morales vs Barrera.

Round of the year Corrales vs Castillo.

Fight so far of 2009 IMO is Marquez vs Diaz. Although I'm hoping Pac vs Cotto will eclipse it.
