Simple logistics with me Dan. The phone socket is upstairs, the Sky box is downstairs.

 

So the installer didn't insist you had a phone socket installed then? We have three boxes in my house, all of which are connected to phone sockets.

 

The box/ dish came with the house about 8-9 years ago, there was no phone line at the property until I moved in.

 

Do you have a Sky subscription?

They are not getting ****all off me this time the incompetent ****s, they can ****off.

I will watch it on an illegal stream just like i had to do last time because they ****ed it up. The illegal stream was actually better than the one i originally paid for.

I remember watching the whole event, perfectly fine, on my wide screen TV; having ordered the event, well in advance, with my Sky box connected to a phone line (as instructed) paid via my credit card.

 

Well i remember ordering it online. Getting absolutly ****all and missing the whole of the Abraham/Taylor fight. I also remember ****ing it off and firing off an e-mail telling them what useless ****ing *******s they are and asking for a refund for the shabbiest service i have ever payed for.

I then gave up and found an illegal stream.

When ****s take away my boxing (boxing that i have payed for) then i tend to go a little bit crazy.

I was just shocked at how many people on here are licking primetimes arse after the **** they put there fellow boxing fans through last time.

Its a case of mine was ok so **** everyone else i think.

I'm with you mate but be careful what you're saying, I copped a ban for saying similar things the night of the fight.

Right. Given that so many people experienced difficulties with this last time, I have some information. You will be able to purchase this event via your remote control this time (as with normal SBO events) but you need to be registered. If you watched the event through your Sky box last time, you should already be registered and will have been charged for this.

I just rung Primetime to double check that I was registered, and I am. It should now simply be a case of me purchasing the event, via remote control, on the night of the fight.

Anyone interested in buying this has ample time to get prepared. Good luck.
