Since they last met Haye has won titles at CW and HW.

Just re-watched Barrett vs Solis, and Monte doesnt look anywhere near as gooda shape as he did for the Haye fight, there wasnt any motivation in his face or anything.
How does this so called top class fighter who would topple the former unified cruiserweight world champion and Wba heavyweight world champion when he gets extended to 9 rounds with that disgusting mess that is Chauncy Welliver and even he had success in that fight, Kevin Burnett was landing shots on him easily aswell. Fact is Haye would bomb this fat dude out, dont wanna offend people but reading into a soft amateur stoppage that happend 8 years ago is very very thick and clearly demonstrates u shudnt be entitled to an opinion when it comes to boxing

Are these guys serious saying Solis would murder Haye now?

That faster, better conditioned Solis was severely out classed and outsped in that 1st round. Since then Haye has got better whilst Solis has slipped backwards and the stoppage was soft anyway. If Haye lands that uppercut he landed in the 1st round in the ams in a pro fight with 10oz gloves on and no head gear Solis will be sat on his arse... and seeing as Solis isn't as quick as he used to be i see this as an easy fight for Haye.

 

I'm not chiming in on a hypothetical Solis the Slob vs. Cassius Haye, it's pointless.

But seriously, how can you not see how beautifully Solis adapted and ouclassed Haye in that fight? It was even a pretty typical Solis fight. He's often behind in the beginning as an amateur, then either adapted or just wore them down.

this will be a super fight three years down the road, its too early for them to be matched up together, solis has yet to even fight Fres Oquendo out of fear.

 

Everything Haye will do is run miles inside the ring up to the 6th round when he is too tired and Solis will knock him out.

Before the Valuev fight everyone had the opinion that haye was an all guns blazing brawler with no defence... now after 1 fight he becomes a runner? ****ing hell this forum is fickle
