Will Haye give Audley a title shot? Stranger things have happened!

    We are just saying Audley could acidently knock Haye out, with an instinctive counter as Haye goe for the kill.

    Haye hasn't the best chin and Audley is fast, accurate and powerful with those counters when he shits himself.

    The man is scared to be punched, and you think he would like it in the ring with a monster puncher like Haye? Add to the fact he has a poor workrate, an average chin and is about 37/38 years old = not the type of fighter to worry Haye.

    I didn't say that he would like it the ring (not sure this could ever be said about Audley) all I meant was that I've always had this nagging feeling that Audley might just shock everybody one day and actually turn up and fight. My guess is it would only be that one day.

    I don't think Haye will be interested in the slightest in throwing Audley any kind of lifeline.

    Your probably right but stranger things have happened. If for instance Haye beats Ruiz then 1 or both Klits by that time Audley may have had a couple of decent wins (unlikely I know) and he may want an all Brittish bout. It would sell over here.

    I don't think it makes sense in any way, shape or form.

    Audley is yesterdays news, especially to the passing fans who made the difference & bought the last PPV. There's no angle to grab them round the throats & make them pay for it. He's a fellow Brit? So what? He's an Olympic Gold Medalist? Again, So what? He was news to these folks 9 years ago, now he's a joke to everybody.

    If it was on terrestrial TV & used to build up a bigger fanbase for Haye then maybe, but otherwise there's a whole host of names who'd make it a much more interesting fight, and a bigger earner I reckon.

    The only all-Brit moneyspinner would be if Carl Thompson put 2 stone on & had a comeback fight for the World Heavyweight Title.

    Real-life Rocky stuff. We already know Haye knows how to promote a fight.

    It'd be massive.

    Audley would quit on the way to the ring.

    He is alright beating journeymen to win Clubfighter - over 3x3's - his preferred distance...... but has done nothing in nearly a decade as a pro to suggest he is capable of beating a decent fighter over the distance.

    Haye would be able to take Audley's punches...... Audley wouldn't be able to take his.

    Haye KO2 - if by miracle the fight happens :nut

    I don't think David Haye will be able to take Audley Harrison's punches..? Audley Harrison not only hits hard, but he is a very accurate puncher...laser like..!

    am i right in thinking haye and audley sparred a few times and haye was way too much for him then when he was just a cruiser?
