James Toney verbally destoys Haye!

You got British fans getting upset at trash talking now. Is Haye gonna take this? It was funny when he was clowning Valuev and the Klits, but now it's not funny when he gets it back.

 

As ever when Toney speaks now... Yawn. When was the last time he ever backed up what he says?

 

He also said Povetkin was ascared to fight Peter.

Haye couldn't mess with Toney in a presser. Toney would tear that ass up, nobody would understand a word he said but it would be a verbal ass whoopin.......I love Toney but he's got to get real for a second, your not making 185 on anyday and your not beating a Klitschko on any day. Now he's a HW world champion, for whatever thats worth you can't take it away from him. There is no reason he shouldn't be able to get a fight with at least one of the contenders out there! I mean Arreola, Kingpin Johnson (before the K fight was signed), Oquendo rematch (?), Peter rubber match, Povetkin, I mean come on! I love hearing him talk and I wish one of these contenders would give him one more chance to back it up before he bows out, James Toney is forever one of my favorite fighters

 

What Holyfield rumours? I nearly stopped reading there. Yet another ill informed boxing website spreading ****. JT's still golden though. Love the guy but he's become a caricature.

 

You know you are done as a fighter when your interviews are the only thing that are keeping you in the game, it kinda takes the focus of the fact that you are no longer a great fighter, it reminds me of Tyson post Holyfield.

I like James Toney. I like any heavyweight that adds interest to the division, thats why im a Haye fan!

Toney is hilarious though, Haye v Toney would definately sell!lol have to pick the younger, fresher, fitter fighter though. JT could be on the end of a bad loss imo.

 

Yeah, I don't really think I, or other Brits (and I think you Swedes and other Scandinavians are similar) really give a donkeys dick about flags and all that but knowing how insanely patriotic American's are and how they can literally cry if they see their flag defiled, it does give us some idea just how serious and, as you say, riled up James is!

It's a funny reaction. I can just imagine him, after the fight, "right, someone find me some muh fugn British flags on the mu fugn internet and print me some off! I need to take a muh fugn **** and I want some muh fugn toilet paper!!"

Also, if he was a bit more dedicated like Hopkins he wouldn't of had to take all his enhancers.

 

I think he's right. I think the only reaction you can have to this is to laugh. It's just absurd! No point in getting frustrated or angry, it's James Toney, the guy's a plum and what he comes out with here is ridiculous in the extreme. All you can do is shake your head and laugh and how stupid he and his words are.

 

I understand this but he's not getting help from any fighters out there. I still feel a win over Toney is a legit win. I'd rather see Toney get his ass whooped by some guy and just bow out and accept the fact that he's waaay passed his prime than for him to keep talking trash while nobody wants to square up with him
