Z Gorres remains in a coma

    If anything affects Manny, it's the Z Gorres incident. It's hard to even talk about this tragedy. I can see Manny being emotional about this. I was just reading an article the other day how Pacman was wishing Z Gorres good luck for that fight.

    Latest news I heard, Z Gorres remains in a coma and would stay that way for 3-5 days if he'll survive. All boxing fans, even the haters of Filipino boxers, please pray for the man.:verysad

    Doesn't sound good at all from what I've read. Wasn't Gorres also admitted to hopsital after he fought Darchinyan? Really hope he recovers.

    Very sad and disappointing to hear. :-( Although this is a mediacally inducted coma, so that the clot/swelling could go away quicker.

    I hope everything is OK and he comes out 100%.

    this is awful. i hope he has a speedy and full recovery and hopefully he can retire if he recovers.

    yea i woke up this morning and just read it hear on esb. though i dont know him as a boxer never seen him fight it is still hard to hear bout any boxer. so i hope all is well in the end and he recovers from this.

    I hope he comes back alright. Boxing is a hurt business but no one can really prepare for such a tragedy.
