I think you are right. Maybe even better than that. But you know those lists are all subjective. One guy will put Manny at 45 and Cotto at 31 and another guy Manny at 20 and Cotto not even in the top 100.

Cotto was shot and weight drained.

He said something about retiring in his early 30's and I think now is the time to do it. He just earned the biggest paycheck of his career and he's given us boxing fans great fights...I would LOVE to see him keep fighting, especially if Steward or Nacho trains him but I think he will retire.

I did not see the post fight interviews or anything, what did Cotto say?

beating Oscar at around the same weight and being dominant and dominating Hatton (even if it was lower weight). I knew Pacman was a welterweight now, and I ranked him as such. Maybe not in the official ranking of welterweight champs like Cotto or Mosley, but that is where I put him, and he ranked the highest.

I didn't see the interview, but I read that he said Pacman was the greatest fighter he ever fought and the best P4P fighter out there. Not an exact quote, but he was impressed. Pacman has to fight Floyd now. I am not sure there ever has been a fight which had to happen like this one.

Put up a better effort than Hatton, Manny was simply too fast and too fit. Cotto put up a good show but couldnt sustain it.

The interesting thing is that Floyd has no option now. Not really. He either fights Pacman or it looks like he does not want to deal with Pacman's skills. He might pull the money issue and want more money so the fight is not made. Either way, no one is going to accept him fighting another handpicked guy like Marquez.

I don't see how it was. Manny landed a brilliant uppercut to put Cotto down in the fourth and that effectively ended the fight. He stalked Cotto late on cause Cotto had nothing left on account of the KD.

It was an excellent performance. Did he show some flaws? Of course. Do I think Mayweather will beat him? Yeah, probably.

Whilst I agree it's an excuse....but how did I know yet ANOTHER thread couldnt get 2 posts in before it deteriorated into childish insults???

Are there more than 10 ppl that visit this site that actually wanna talk boxing??

People that have a go at others for being 'noobs' make themselves look REALLY stupid. Like 'Hey I spend more time on the internet than you...hahaha you must have a life'......Yeh Noob is a real insult.

I am not sure Floyd will fight him, but if I had to guess I would say he will. He could probably beat him by decision, but I think he notices that Manny is a give and take fighter, and if Manny turns out to be quick like Floyd, I am not sure Floyd wants to be in that kind of fight.

First of all, notice how it's usually new people to this website that create the dumbest threads. To say Pacquiao's win is overrated is downright garbage and it's worse when someone new to the site says something like this...

Second of all, read my other responses, I talk boxing but sometimes haters go above and beyond to try and discredit a fighter and that is what pisses me off.

Why can't people just see the man at the very top of his game - and the sport - won fair and square, in style?

Quite simply, this is Manny's time.
