Ok so is Cotto completely done after this fight or was Pacquiao just the better fighter this night and cotto will come back strong against another quality fighter

EDIT: On the first poll option the word think is supposed to be in between me and cotto

Cotto's still one of the best welters. At 29, he'll soon be a world champ again

Well, he came back from Margo to beat Clottey.

But he's got a family to take care of, and he's made a hell of a lot of money. He's got a lot of thinking to do. A tuneup and then Hatton seems like the safest plan outside of retiring, but Cotto is all about taking big challenges. It's tough to say where he goes.

Cotto is done unless he makes changes to his style and his team. Most of the time when you see a guy approaching 30 take the beatings that Cotto has taken over his last 4 fights, they experience a sharp decline. Cotto has Jermaine Taylor written all over him. He'll beat the mid level guys, but when he steps it up, he'll probably get beat up again. I could be wrong, but that's my feeling on the issue.

He can be back, though his corner didn't do him any favors by letting the fight go the distance.

I honestly dont see him coming back now.

Almost every fight apart from Gomez and Jennings have been wars for him, he has suffered 2 brutal beatdowns, there is no way he will ever be the same.

How are you "done" when you're a top 3-4 welterweight?
Go eat a dick and die, son.

He has fought all the top guys except for PBF. He fights a guy like Gomez (mid level) and he gets shitted on. He is still a top five fighter and will be back. Maybe he should challenge the IBF champ.

He will be back and may win a ''world'' title, but mentally i dont think he'll ever recover from the beatdowns he took from Marg and Pac. The physicall toll those fights took on him were visible on his face last night, but it was far clearer in my view to see the effects those wars have had on his mental state. Sicne Margarito, he backpedals very early, doesnt attack as viciously, and seems to lack beleief in his ability to mix it. I loved this guy, thought he was great for boxing, but i feel his time has come and gone. Last night was a crossroads for him, and i dont think there is anthing left worth doing that he hasent already done/can do in the future. He will return, but i dont think he should.
I genuinely hope im totally wrong though.

You're the biggest moron I met in my life.
Only person is done is you for remaining this ignorant with your life. Do you even have any college credits? You sound like a straight up failure.

Cotto vs Cintron in Puerto Rico will happen next year. Then maybe the Mosley/Berto winner.

Cotto isnt going anywhere anytime soon.
