You guys are overrating Pacquaio

    Don't get it twisted Manny is a great, great fighter. I think he deserves to be in top 35-40 all time.

    Some people on here have him in top 20 even top 15 which is really ridiculous.

    Here are his opponents he beat worth mentioning...

    Oscar Larios
    Miguel Cotto
    Marco Antonio Barerra x2
    Erik Morales x2
    Juan Manuel Marquez
    Jorge Solis
    Ledwaba
    David Diaz

    His losses---

    Erik Morales
    Medgoen Singsurat
    Rustico Torrecampo

    Draws---

    Juan Manuel Marquez
    Agapito Sanchez


    No one else is really worth mentioning especially not De La Hoya. De La Hoya was weight drained and well past his prime and hadn't fought at that weight in over 7 years. Ricky Hatton is not a good win at all to me, I just think he sucks ****. He has a glass chin and got knocked out the fight before Manny.

    Fahsan, Jorge Julio and Sasakul are also not worth mentioning, all three of these fighters haven't faced top fighters and if they did they lost.


    Now if he fights and beats Mosley and Mayweather, then he definitely deserves to be in top 15 no question.

    I think Manny put on a wonderful performance last night against one of the top welterweights around, but lets stop overrating him.

    Awww. I think u hurt some feelings by not proclaiming Pac as the greatest fighter of all time. I agree with you. Pac is a hell of a fighter, but overrated in that he has been coronated as a god on here.

    you're gay De La Hoya fought Mayweather 9 pounds above the weight he fought Manny. 6 months?? more like a year and 6 months.

    i think ricky hatton is definitely a win worth mentioning. he was the L welterweight ring magazine champion who had dominated the division.

    Top 20-25 is reasonable, if he's gonna go above that he needs to beat Mayweather. At this point, I think there should be little question that Pac is the greatest fighter of this era.

    The problem in the boxing game today is that Manny might not ever get the fights he needs to cement himself as one of the greatest of all time simply due to other fighters and promoters evading or negotiating themselves out of contracts. He needs to fight and beat PBF but I am very skeptical that this fight will ever happen, god forbid PBF not cherrypick an opponent he knows undoubtadly he can beat. PBF is Roy Jones Jr all over again IMO.
