Good catch, looks like Ring magazine is amping up the pressure to make the fight happen by denting Floyd's ego. This is more of a marketing maneuver than disrespect towards Shane. Ring magazine isn't the last word anyway, big fights mean more profits for Ring.

 

mosley is still #1 but an argument that mosley was too inactive after his margarito win plus the manner in which how pac handled cotto might have swing them into voting for pac. well mosley would fight berto now so i think he gets a pass and should still be the #1 ranked welter unless berto beats him.
