it's a good fight for the fans of boxing and a chance for Brits to see JMM.

I have a funny feeling that Hatton is just going to walk right through him. JMM is shot and I dont think being 140 pounds is going to help him much either

This will be a great fight. Lots of action!

  7. Ideal match up for a brutal display.

I only hope Hatton doesn't lose too much athleticism during his binge periods because this maybe what he needs to retain some kind of legacy.

I would say his legacy is not bad now. His only two losses are to Manny, a future HOF ATG, and Floyd who will at least go down in infamy as boxing biggest crybaby.

For those of you who may not know already, Hatton was the guest presenter of WWE Monday Night Raw the week before last and he is in the worst shape I have ever seen him in, and I've been following his career from scratch. He has a massive beer gut on him. He was involved in one of those boxer/wrester fights and he was obviously too ashamed to take his top off and wore a baggy t-shirt for the contest.

If this fight happens then I will have no hesitation on betting my house of a one-sided beatdown in JMM's favour because Hatton will have to go through HELL to get down to 147 let alone his ideal 140.

ID watch it be competetive. Thing is when you get close to JMM and throw punches, this guy goes off, Haton is an inside fighter
this will be great JMM digs deep and kos hatton

Can't see Marquez doing what Pacquaio did. Both are pretty much finished.

I agree with the Bunk. The only reason I would hesitate to bet big on Marquez is the venue. Marquez's feet are not as quick as Pac's and thus he can't control the distance as well. Hatton will get him into clinches, and the local ref will let him hit and hold, hit him in the back of the head, and foul him to hell.

If the ref breaks them up according to the rules, this is a dominant Marquez win. But my faith in British boxing officials is low.

Not this bad he doesn't. This is no exaggeration but right now he looks like Roberto Duran presently does. His gut is HUGE.
