Its like the situation when R Kelly got caught pissing on the little girl. He just stuck to the script "It wasnt me..." even tho you can see him on the video and it was recorded in his house and you can hear his voice. But hey...he said he didnt do it...she said he didnt do it... So he was found notguilty...

Haters work on the same premise...

I like Floyd but he gets so overrated that I end up sounding negative about him. I wanna make the record straight that i DO like Floyd, but he's just not as good as people make him out to be.

Unfortunately, there's a lot of truth in the original post, but as others have said, same applies for other fighters too (to varying degrees).

Sorry that would be Andre BErto and Luiz Collazo. Collazo lost to Ricky Hatton and Berto struggled to land on Juan Urango. Judah beat Cory Spinks, a good champion, and Baldomir has hung in there with the likes Clottey and Forrest

When Judah and Baldomir were champs, people wanted Floyd to fight them, not unknown MArgarito.[DM][/DM]

thats his role....he's the bad guy so he talks, builds up hate, sells the tickets, wins the fight, and finally make the the hate people have for him stronger but people continue to tune in to his fights

There is so much hate on this post between Pac's fans and Mayweather's fans. Both groups believe that their respective fighter is the best. There are some who thinks that their own opinion matters and no one else. Until both Pacquiao and Mayweather meet in the ring, this controversy will continue. Who ever wins this fight, the hate and excuses will continue to no end.:smoke

This is not true, many of us including myself used to be supporters of Floyd. I felt PBF got undeserved heat for fighting Baldy instead of Margo, and when Floyd retired I also argued it was his right to. But now he suddenly comes back when his most threatening opposition have taken losses and chooses to fight a blown up lightweight.

In the past few months Floyd has proven his ignorant attitude is for real and not acting to sell to the public. He has contradicted himself 1 too many times, and his legacy is hurting badly. He should of stay retired.

No. I don't like Mayweather but I respect him as a fighter and I couldn't possibly be invested in him enough or care about him enough to love or hate him. He is not worthy of that kind of strong feeling, to me.

Yeah it's amazing. These so-called boxing fans claim he always picks on smaller guys. Yes, many of them seem more suited to be MMA fans!

I dont think followers of boxing hate him, really.

Probably more like disappointed and annoyed, than hate.

I myself dont have any negative feelings about him.

I'm still not super excited watching his more recent fights, though. But I still see and recognize his great talent.
