The entire debacle this past spring and summer should be proof enough for anyone. It either indicates he has no real interest in fighting the Klitshckos or it indicates that he doesn't know what he's doing as a promoter...maybe both!!

Not a duck, possibly fair for Vitali....each have a belt; however Haye's strap did loose cred with the Chagaev/Ruiz/Valuev mess

as for Wlad, hes got the Ring and 3 other belts so he should take a larger cut

either way at least the fight will still be talked about and hopefully made in the future

Haye just can't overlook any opponents until then...neither can the brothers

It's the only response from someone who is moaning that Haye didn't fight WALDO in the thread discussing an upcomming fight.

    Fail. :blood

    I'm not reading that.

Please tell me how Haye struggled with a shot Barrett.

I am sure you are wrong. The Vitali Klitscho vs. Arreola fight was the highest rated boxing telecast of the year for HBO, which is why they picked up his next fight as well. Really, do some research before you expose the world, or at least this forum, to your ignorance. :patsch

I wouldn't call this an upcoming fight if David haye thinks that he is getting 50/50. You would be more credible if the topic of discussion wasn't your avi. enough with the lame smilely faces already and the dorky internet talk. Fail (said in as nerdy a voice as I can think of)

He is setting his out his stall - get it? This is how negotiations work. :patsch

My avatar? Puhlease! I have addressed that issue countless times. :deal

thats the point they dont make sense - the concept doesnt make sense - "he would of fought them by now if he wanted to fight them" hes a world champion now he had no title before - hes just made millions from the Valuev fight it sold over 1 million buys on sky in the UK - he would have made no money fighting the klits and would have had to fight them 3 times even if he had mandatories - he has played this well

Easy. Boxing isn't about titles and it hasn't been for quite some time. That is why there are so few unified champs. What matters is what you can bring to the table, e.g. major television networks like Showtime or HBO. If Haye cannot bring one of them to the table, then financially he does not deserve a 50/50 split. Wouldn't you agree? We can take the neverending arguments about whether he deserves an equal split from a resume perspective, because those are busll**** anyway, and just focus on the dollars and cents. And financially he does not deserve an equal split. Not yet. Not until he proves that he can sell out a major arena, as both Klitschoes have. This is called rationale thinking, fellows. I know it's new concept to most of you, but you should try it out...see if it fits. :smoke

Haven't had time to go back and read all of your starry eyed Haye posts. Sorry
