i thinking kessler's rh is perfect for southpaws, but i can't remember what calzaghe did to neutralize that rh. i know ward likes to swith stance once in a while but kessler's rh is so dangerous i don't know if that would be the right thing to do unless he can do what calzaghe did, but i can't recall how he did it.
just by being awkward, Kessler is perfectly textbook and he couldn't deal with Joe once he changed things up.
ward is akward in his own way, but i don't think in a good way like calzaghe. i just find switching stance all the time very amateurish. but i hope ward pulls it off, since i live in oakland. i guess you guys are saying jc made mk fight his fight. i just know if ward switches stances kessler's quick enough to use that time to do some damage.
i guess your saying he made kessler fight his fight. ward is akward as well, but i don't know if in a good way. i just find that switching stances all the time is very amateurish. i live in oakland so i ward pulls it off, but i know kessler is fast enough to catch him for that split second that ward switches stances.
He was faster, had a tremendous workrate, was able to adapt better during the fight and his ability to take Kesslers best shots all won him the fight.
Angles and punches in bunches. Like someone else said, Kessler is completely textbook and couldn't deal with the awkwardness and speed of Cal. Cal had another gear and Kessler didn't.
But Ward uses angles well and can switch hit seamlessly. That along with this speed might cause Kessler some problems.
