Mayweather is the biggest fight without doubt, but I would love to see him hang around anyway. He's without doubt at his peak right now, could he not stay around for a while and unify one of the divisions. Would love to see him clean up the other contenders, no matter how easily he does it.

Yeah i think if Manny beats Floyd he can walk away from sport a ATG and best of this era p4p we have to look at the wars he's been in and the wear and tear plus the fact what else can he prove..he could end up losing the drive to train as hard and end up losing to someone he shouldn't of lost to. Plus the fact i like to see people leave the sport on a good note...not a lot of times do you see that in this sport.

Makes sense. Pacquiao hasn't lost since Morales, he's fought all the best, he may as well retire if he wins against Mayweather.

He'll retire at some point soon then be back in a few years when he's running out of cash.

If he beats Floyd at 147, he'll go down as the best ever.

The Floyd fight should provide him with a nice little retirement nest egg. :D

There's nowhere else to go after Floyd really so I can see why they'd retire then and there. There's a Mosley fight I suppose, but he's cracking on now, and any possible fight possibly wouldn't be for a year or a half or so.

if manny beats flloyd he's got to be top 5 ATG. his record is amazing already, flloyd would be the cherry on top :yep

Only thing i could imagine is him going back to 140 to pick up a "real" belt for official 6 weight champ.
