I saw a really good documentary in the UK about Salita ages ago. I think at the time he was just a young fighter being followed around because of his Jewish faith. I think it was before he was even really known outside of the Jewish community in New York. Anyone know what it was called so I can check it out again?

Can't decide on this one. Salita I think has an edge in power and Khan has the speed and movement. I give Khan a little edge, but wouldn't be surprised if Dmitry KO's him: it's either Khan on points or Salita by T/KO.

 

He's giving off the impression that he's equipping himself with just a plan A, and that’s to go in and land a money shot. That’s it.

I’m probably wrong, because no fighter at this level should be so simple in his thinking. Kotelnik a far more advanced fighter than Salita, and with roughly the same level of punching power, struggled to deal with Khan’s skill, never mind hurting him.

Salita’s gonna be on the end of a sound boxing lesson from Khan, and will definitely feel the accumulation of Khan’s shots (which in recent times has become a little underrated).

 

Khan will almost certainly win this yeah, but Khan will NEVER win by a 'brutal KO'.

 

Itll take a quick puncher to beat Khan but Salita is a good fight for him. Personally id love Khan to lose and tbh so would Hatton...
