Off the top of my head you're missing Mosley and De La Hoya

 

Julio Cesar Chavez at one time or another, certainly. Before Leonard it was Duran, perhaps Arguello was up there at some point, Mike Tyson topped most p4p lists when he was ripping the Heavyweight division apart.

Everyone has been mentioned in the last 25 years but I dont recall the Ring or the majority of the Boxing public ever having Tito at #1. He missed out when he got stopped by Hopkins and got outboxed by Oscar(we all know who won!)

:nono Oscar was regarded as #1 at one time its been proven hear on ESB by a couple of guys arguing about it a couple weeks ago. It was between the time he beat Chavez and Whittaker and lost to tito or Mosley. Someone posted a the Rings PFP rankings and OScar was #1

 

Addie forgot Delahoya and Tyson. Tyson was #1 in his prime .After he lost to Buster thats when Chavez took the spot. I dont recall Arguello ever being #1. Although he was close Duran was regarded as #1 when Arguello was in his prime and Leonard too.

 

Eder Jofre and a prime Ali were at the top in the 60s.

Its funny i dont really like the P4P ratings. I just dont see how you can say you are the best among all weights. What if your division has a bunch of bums in it and you clear them all out and are unbeaten, but there are no big names in it........You have no chance of reaching the top and have no real idea how good you actually are.

Plus Manny Pac is the current P4P champ. Not taking anything away from him, but i think both PBF and Sugar shane would beat him so how can i see him as being the best P4P boxer in the world? IMO its all about personal opinion, and not who has more "points"

Whether he was on the rings list or not he shouldnt have been.

 

HE was pretty awesome in his prime and was robbed against Tito and Mosley the 2nd time. I actually think he has become underrated.
