It wasn't? Delahoya who was the favorite before the fight losing to the underdog is not an upset?atsch
95% of the so-called expersts picked Oscar over Pac and 90% of fight fans did not even give Pac a chance winning yet it was not an upset!:huhatsch
the ending was definitely one of the most shocking moments of all time. Never in a million years kind of event. Tarver was a live underdog going in. But that was just a total mind blowing event.
Tarver KO2 Jones Barrera UD12 Hamed Sanders TKO2 W. Klitschko Hopkins TKO12 Trinidad Rahman KO5 Lewis NOTHING comes close to Jones' upset loss. It was so ****ing shocking I remember everyone in the place looked absolutely stunned for at least half an hour.
#2 wasn't a huge upset. Anyone who followed boxing back then knew Hopkins would give Tito hell. I picked Hopkins in that fight it was easy. Hopkins was a hard and proud man there was no way in hell he was letting a guy coming up in weight take his title not to mention he was the superior boxer. Hopkins-Tito shouldn't be on the list it was expected if anything.
