Enough of Improved Peter theory

i don't think it's really about the clinching. it's just typical of sam peter fans to make excuses for his flaws, blame everyone else but peter every time he looks bad, and try to blow-up his pathetic achievements into huge victories. The bottom line on sam peter huggers [like box03 (after reading all her posts i'm beginning to think she's his wife) and swedeone] is this:
-they will never get over his fight with wlad or acknowledge the reality of what happened. typical sam peter hugger logic: the ref. was incompetent because he allowed klitschko to clinch (which is legal last time i checked), but it was okay for peter to rabbit punch and punch on the break in that fight (which is illegal last time i checked), peter's fan club is so deluded they are actually trying to blame the rabbit punches on klitschko, wtf?
-sam peter is not the big punching ko artist his fans claim him to be. he has one ko in his last 5 fights, his ko rate is 76% and declining, and his signature knockout was against a semi-retired b-class cruiserweight. these same people hate on klitschko (probably because he exposed fatboy) who has won 4 of his last 5 fights by ko against consensus top 10 competition (with the exception of austin), has a ko percentage of 85% and keeps getting better

in a word sam peter fans are delusional, end of story

 

Improved Peter = the judges are bought as well as the ref. This improved Peter beats Wlad outside of Germany if he doesn't get knocked out first.

 

:good Very good analysis, El B. As I've posted before, I was fairly high on Peter's potential until his 2 fights with fading lard ass JT. :tired The Peter nuthuggers make Toney out to be this great HW contender to excuse their heros performance - one a close decision.

They are watching imaginary fights in their own little worlds. Tyson was a superb fighter in the late 80s, but he faught more than his share of bums. As did Ali. Wlad stops 4 top ranked contenders - brutally avenging :!: one of his losses - and UD's the next HW "savior" and the haters say what has he done? :nut While conveniently ignoring what Peter has actually done :-(

More of your "logic"... so Wlad fights and comfortably beats his last 5 opponents - all legit ranked HWs, and one of them your hero - but he has not faught a decent HW? To say you're inconsistent or biased is an under statement atsch

 

Like others pointed out an argument can be made that Peter didnt improve (much) but Toney declined which seems to be more likely since professional athletes usually dont improve drastically within a few month.

Im whos wife, it doesnt matter at least my favorite fighter is not a *** like yours. Watch the fight again, Wlad put his head down to try to avoid Peters punches, he put himself in that postion and he payed for it. All you Wlad fans think everythings a conspiracy, Brewster poisoned Wlad the first time, Peter hit Wlad with illegal punches thats why he fell. Just admit your Wlad "the ***" lost fair and square to Brewster because he gassed out it happend to Foreman against Ali, it happends sometimes. Sam Peters Punches were fair and if they werent the ref would of warned him and not counted the knockdowns, its that simple.
