On boxing days the time ranges from 2-3 hours. On body training days, typically around 1-2 hours.
    Not including running or swimming.

Lots of guys spend lots of time in the gym. The question is how focused are they? Next time you go to the gym observe the other fellows carefully and you will see that some of them are very concentrated and others are just going through the motions of training. It is like that in every boxing club in the world. Hopefully you are training in a club where ther are lots of diligent fellows.

I would agree its all about the intensity. I'll be the first to admit that I have had workouts that went for 2 hours that are no better than an extremely intense 45 min. On average I would say I go about an hour to an hour and half (keeping the intensity and focus up), depending on what im working that day.

Yea man def quality over quantity. I used to train 2 hours a day and it was so un-intense it wasn't really worth it. I still train about 2 but I make much better use of the time. I always try to find new things to work on.
