Who Is More Out Of Shape?

    Both as bad as each other. To me it is a travesty to see two professionals clearly not dedicating their time to maximising their natural gifts and fortunate position. Undercards are full of guys of mediocre talent but clearly eat well and train hard every day. You can tell by looking at them. To me these two need a kick up the arse as they are both in very priveledged positions and boxing careers are not long enough for you to waste a couple of years stuffing your face and drinking beer, it's just not professional. Fury is so frustrating to watch because he clearly needs a good weights/strength programme and decent diet to iimprove his power, balance and stamina but looks like he just can't be arsed. Such a waste. You've only got to look at Froch to see what ultimate dedication can bring even when you're not the most naturally gifted

    Yep. In Fury's case it seems there's a high % of body fat and low muscle mass. The term is called 'skinny fat' I think.

    I think he could lose it very easily. I think he finds things to easy and thinks he can get by on doing very little gym work.
