LOL pacquiao was the one who maintained his Speed, power and amazing workrate as he moved up in weight. Floyd on the other hand became more conservative with his boxing approach, throws one or two punches at a time and lays for long intervals doing nothing. compare this with his activity against guys like corrales and philip ndou, or his combinations against Gatti. That version of floyd has been extinct years ago. Roids are known to increase muscle mass by chemical enhancement. but roids do not increase stamina, so if you have too much Roid-muscles and your lungs can only supply that much oxygen, the muscles become tight and stiff hence your workrate diminishes. I guess Floyd has too decrease his crab-like biceps a little bit so he can go back throwing combinations again like in his early stage of career. he's gotta lay down some of those roids lol
